WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

WARRANTY

True North Treestands Inc., extends the following limited warranty for the TNT line of treestand products, bought from an authorized dealer (as published on the company website) pursuant to an authorized sale. The limited warranty is provided for the period of one year, from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer. The warranty is limited to products that have defect(s) in material and workmanship that arise under proper use and storage of the product. Proof of purchase from an authorized dealer plus the return of your warranty application card to our home office, address provided below, is required for all warranty claims. In the event this product is found to be defective within the warranty period, True North Treestands Inc., at its own discretion, shall have as only obligation and your exclusive remedy, to replace or repair of any defective parts. To obtain warranty service, please contact True North Treestands Inc., at 1-855-486-8868 (HUNT TNT). Exclusions to this warranty include unauthorized sales and defects in seat, paint, plastics, webbing and/or defects caused by operator misuse and/or abuse. Limitation of liability include the forgoing warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied and True North Treestands Inc. disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

True North Treestands Inc. shall not be liable for any damages direct, consequential or incidental arising out of the use or inability of use of this product.

SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and shipped within 72 hours. We are unable to offer same day shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

All orders are shipped Standard Ground and usually arrive within one to seven business days depending on delivery distance from Ottawa, Ontario. TRUE NORTH TREESTANDS utilizes multiple ground carriers to ensure we are able to ship most economically. Carriers include; Canada Post, Nationex, UPS, Fedex, Purolator and multiple LTL carriers depending on destination region.
We strive to fill every order in its entirety, but back-orders do occur. However, in the event an item is not available at the time of shipment it will automatically be canceled from your order and you will be notified by email. You will not be charged for the canceled item(s). If you still wish to order the item(s) you must reorder. Check the website www.hunttnt.com for product availability.
International Shipments – We do not ship product internationally direct to consumers. However, we may have Distributors and Dealers in countries outside of the US & Canada. Check our dealers list for more information.

Alaska and Hawaii – We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, due to the additional freight requirements these orders cannot be processed online.Consumers are responsible for all duties, tariffs and fees associated with cross border purchases/shipping.

True North Treestands Inc. does not buy, sell, or share personally identifiable information with any other company or individuals for promotional or any other purposes. Our company has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use any information that has been collected.
True North Treestands Inc., does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In addition, True North Treestands Inc., does not knowingly obtain, retain or use information from anyone who indicates that they are under the age of 13. Accordingly, children under the age of 13 may be restricted from participating in certain features and transactions on the website. Once discovered any information collected erroneously will be deleted immediately.

True North Treestands Inc. will only collect and use personally identifiable information (first and last name, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.) when a user voluntarily provides the information for ordering products, to receive information, etc. The personally identifiable information is collected for limited internal purposes that may include, but not limited to processing your transaction, utilization for customer service, offering new products and services, and to fulfill any legal and regulatory requirements. The information is retained for various legal and record keeping requirements. However, you will always be permitted to opt-out of any marketing uses of information stored about you.
